1. Delivery Timelines

We process and dispatch orders Monday through Saturday. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

Port Harcourt (Local): 24–48 hours.

Major Nigerian Cities: 2–3 business days.

Remote Locations: 3–5 business days.

• Note: Timelines begin once your order has been "Dispatched.".

2. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery destination.

• We occasionally offer Free Shipping on specific promotional items or orders above a certain value.

3. Order Processing (The "Benefit" Window)

• To ensure quality, please allow 1 business day for us to pack and verify your order before it is handed to the courier.

• You will receive a notification via SMS or Email once your order has left our facility.

4. Customer Responsibility (Accuracy)

Correct Address: Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are 100% accurate.

Redelivery Fees: If a delivery fails because the customer provided an incorrect address or was unavailable to receive the call/package after three attempts, a redelivery fee may apply.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

• We take great pride in our packaging. However, please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

• If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging, please take a photo and contact us at info@deprinceglobal.shop within 24 hours.

6. International Shipping

• While our vision is global, we currently ship within the Federal Republic of Nigeria. For international inquiries, please contact our support team for a custom quote.
