At De Prince Shopping Mall Ltd, we process orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as fast as possible. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the cancellation process as simple as possible.
1. Cancellation Window
• Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partners or dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. At this stage, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy to initiate a return after the item is delivered.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
• If your cancellation is received before dispatch, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method immediately.
• Refund credits typically reflect in your bank account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time through the Flutterwave gateway.
4. Pre-Orders and Custom Items
Please note that "Pre-Order" items or "Customized" products enter production or procurement immediately. These items may have a limited cancellation window of 24 hours after the order is placed.
5. Cancellation by De Prince Shopping Mall
While we strive to fulfill every order, we reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
• Product Unavailability: If an item unexpectedly goes out of stock.
• Pricing Errors: If an item was listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch.
• Security Flags: If our payment gateway identifies a transaction as potentially fraudulent.
In any of these cases, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.
