• It is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns and offer refunds/exchanges for the following reasons:

Damaged or Defective: The item arrived broken or is not functioning as described.

Incorrect Item: You received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered.

Quality Discrepancy: The product significantly differs from the images or description on our website.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Perishable goods (such as food or flowers).

• Personal care items (such as beauty products or undergarments).

• Custom-made or personalized orders.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

Credit: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Flutterwave) within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Our Error: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, De Prince Shopping Mall Ltd will cover the cost of return shipping.

Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want it), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
